#SWEATADAY SCHOLARS

Take the pledge for a chance at a $10,000 scholarship!

The #SweatadayScholar Winner will receive:

  • $10,000 scholarship to go towards college tuition/boarding/books at the school they have committed to.

  • Dorm room fitness/yoga pack including equipment, products, apparel that they can use to continue to move throughout college.

how to qualify*

  1. Take the pledge

  2. Have your parents sign the waiver and submit it to info@slide32.com.

     

  3. Follow Shauna on Instagram @shauna_harrison

  4. Exemplify a #sweatadayscholar on social media from now until April 2018 by consistently posting content that embodies the 5 pillars (see below). Additionally, Shauna may email you assignments throughout the school year.  Make sure to tag #sweatadayscholars in your posts.

  5. 10 finalists will be selected in late April or early May. Finalists will be asked to complete a final project which may include an essay and/or video on a topic that Shauna assigns.

  6. 1 winner will be selected from the finalists for the $10,000 scholarship

*Must be 16 and over, a high school senior, and a US Citizen to qualify.

1) MOVEMENT
Move in some way {almost} every day.

2) HEALTH
In addition to movement take care of your body, mind and soul. Eat well, practice self-care and self-love, sleep, hydrate, meditate, be good to you.

3) ACADEMICS
Demonstrate continuous academic effort and success throughout the entire school year.

4) COMMUNITY
Display an ability to engage in, activate and/or contribute to your community at school, in your neighborhood, on your team(s), in the bigger world, etc.

5) SOCIAL MEDIA POSITIVITY
Demonstrate positivity, kindness, and social support on all your social channels. Combat bullying or hateful rhetoric.

SWEATADAY™ started as a challenge on Instagram January 1, 2013 and ran continuously until the very end of 2015. The concept was simple: one move every day, fit it in however you can. We had monthly winners that would get prizes for participating consistently, creatively and with as much effort as they could.
